The Femen activists protested outside the Tunisian embassy in Paris with slogans written across their bare chest
Three European women on trial in Tunisia for holding topless protest
They stripped off last month in support of Tunisian women convicted after holding similar demonstration in March
Islamist groups want trial delayed so they can join as plaintiffs
Femen members held topless protest in Paris demanding women be freed
Wrote on their chests 'Allah made me free' and 'woman spring is coming'
The demonstration was held in support of women in Tunisia who were arrested after a similar protest
Praying for justice: Femen activists prostrate themselves at the Tunisian embassy in Paris in protest at the trial of three of their fellow campaigners in the North African country
Feminist activists staged a topless protest outside the Tunisian embassy in Paris today to mark the opening of the trial of three women accused of public indecency in the North African country.
The three women, Pauline Hillier, Marguerite Stern and Josephine Markmann, are all members of the protest group Femen and were arrested last month when they appeared topless outside the Tunisian Palace of Justice.
The trio of women, two French and one German, were demonstrating against the conviction of Amina Tyler, a Tunisian member, who staged a similar protest online.
Femen activists 'prayed' outside the Tunisian embassy in Paris with 'praying for justice' written on their backs
Lawyers representing several Islamist groups petitioned to delay the trial of the three European women so they could join as plaintiffs.
Draped in traditional white Tunisian cloaks, the women appeared in the same court they had demonstrated in front of while dozens of people protested against them outside.
Aliaa Magda Elmahdy of Egypt was one of the Femen activists protesting to mark the opening of the trial
The three European women were arrested after staging their topless protest outside the Tunisian court
They have been charged with public indecency and being a threat to public order.
Witnesses said one European woman held a sign supporting Femen but immediately drew the ire of the crowd and was hustled away by police.
Feminist activist group Femen, originating in the Ukraine, is famous for its topless protests.
Under the Tunisian legal system, outside groups can join a trial as 'injured parties,' become privy to the case files and sue for damages.
The addition of new plaintiffs would likely increase the duration of the trial.
The Femen members were demanding the release of their Tunisian member Amina Tyler

Flying high: Justin Bieber is the latest star to sign up for a trip to space with Virgin Galactic
His antics often lead people to say he’s living on another planet, while his fans say he’s out of this world.
So it’s no surprise that Justin Bieber has become the latest star who is set to literally mingle with the stars as he’s signed up for a trip to space.
The 19-year-old and his manager Scooter Braun have been welcomed to the Virgin Galactic programme by Sir Richard Branson, who publicly announced the two would be flying way above the earth.
Doing it together: Justin will be traveling with his manager and close friend Scooter Braun
Sir Richard tweeted from his official Twitter account: ‘Great to hear @justinbieber & @scooterbraun are latest @virgingalactic future astronauts. Congrats, see you up there!’
The announcement online was the latest addition of stars, who include Ashton Kutcher and Leonardo DiCaprio, who have paid the $250,0000 deposit fee to get priority for the flights when the program becomes available.
The hefty price is no issue for Justin who’s net worth is estimated at $110 million, thanks to the success of songs such as Baby and the adulation of millions of fans - known as Beliebers.
Not just yet: Justin has paid a $250,0000 deposit fee to get priority for the flights when the program becomes available
The Virgin Galactic programme might not be flying just yet, but the 600 astronauts who are part of the program are in an elite group.
Offering up attractions on earth, there will be plenty of interesting opportunities as the date becomes closer.
Justin might enjoy the G-force training, watching test flights in the Mojave Desert and many more prospects.
Pleased: Richard Branson shared the news about Justin and Scooter on his Twitter page
The Boyfiend singer registered no response on his own Twitter account, but he retweeted Branson's congratulations.
In February, he told his 40 million Twitter followers, ‘I wanna do a concert in space.’ To which NASA replied, ‘Maybe we can help you with that.’
Virgin's SpaceShipTwo went through its first supersonic, rocket-powered flight test in California in April, and it's expected to begin commercial operations at Spaceport America in New Mexico as early as next year.
Planned for a while: It was revealed last year that Ashton was planning a trip to space
The ride would send Bieber and Braun beyond 62 miles in altitude, which marks the internationally accepted boundary of outer space.
At that height, passengers would feel a few minutes of weightlessness, get a view of the curving Earth beneath a black sky, and then experience a roller-coaster ride back down to a runway landing.
Bieber isn't the first celebrity to sign up: Virgin Galactic's A-list for space also includes Ashton Kutcher, Sarah Brightman, Victoria Principal, and reportedly Tom Hanks, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie as well.
Generous flyer: Leonardo DiCaprio recently auctioned off a seat next to him on a trip to space for $1.5 million
Ashton's trip into space was revealed last year, when Virgin CEO Sir Richard Branson announced the news via his blog.
He wrote: 'I gave Ashton a quick call to congratulate and welcome him. He is as thrilled as we are at the prospect of being among the first to cross the final frontier (and back!) with us and to experience the magic of space for himself.'
Virgin Galactic started taking bookings for space flights back in 2007, with the first flight booked for Christmas Day 2013.
It is as yet unclear exactly when Bieber’s flight will take place.

Back to her best: Lady Gaga showed off her slim bikini body on holiday in Mexico earlier this week after losing the 30lbs she gained last year
She hit headlines earlier this year when she unveiled her curvier figure after gaining 30lbs.
But now Lady Gaga has shed her extra weight, and showed off her new look as she stripped to a bikini while on holiday in Mexico earlier this week.
The 27-year-old singer displayed her toned figure in a floral two-piece while soaking up the sunshine with her friends.
Accessory queen: Gaga toted a large black bag as she headed down to the beach
Looking back to her confident best, Gaga smiled widely as she was photographed.
Clearly conscious of the strong sun, Gaga teamed the bikini with a wide-brimmed white hat and sunglasses to protect her pale complexion.
Later, Gaga was seen wearing a pair of wide-legged cream trousers over the bikini as she made her way back to her hotel.
Slimming down: Gaga's holiday body is in sharp contrast to the curvier look she sported on stage in Amsterdam last September
The singer's footwear choice could have been slightly more sensible, however, as the singer was seen wearing a pair of black heeled court shoes, which she them removed to walk along the sands.
The heels were even more inappropriate considering Gaga's recent operation on her hip back in February for a labral tear.
She was forced to cancel her Born This Way Ball tour and doctors told her to take six months off.
She revealed on Twitter that she dealt with chronic pain for several months prior to seeking medical help, but chose to ignore its effects rather than disappoint her fans.
Gaga's impressive bikini body comes after some unflattering pictures of her on stage in Amsterdam last September led to the singer revealing she had gained 30lbs.
Following the shots, Gaga admitted in an interview that she had put on weight, telling Stylist magazine: 'I don't really care if people think I'm fat, because, quite honestly, I did gain about 30 pounds.'
Gaga later blamed the weight gain on her restaurant owner father's cooking.
Summer style: Gaga looked every inch the off-duty pop star in her ensemble
She told radio host Elvis Duran: 'I love eating pasta and pizza. I’m a New York Italian girl. That’s why I have been staying out of New York. My father opened a restaurant. It's so amazing.
'It’s so freaking delicious, but I’m telling you I gain five pounds every time I go in there. So my dad wants me to eat at the restaurant, and I’m, like, I’ve got to go where I can drink green juice.'

It has been quite the year for stunning British model Suki Watershouse.
The 20-year-old English rose hit headlines back in February when she left the ELLE Style Awards in the company of Hollywood heartthrob Bradley Cooper.

The blonde model was selected by the magazine to represent as one of the 'New British Beauties' they are celebrating in their July issue - along with fellow model Mary Charteris.
And Suki certainly suits the role of cover star, giving a sultry turn for her Tatler cover debut and styled by LOVE magazine Editor in Chief Katy Grand.
She appears on the cover itself shrouded in a fur lined item of clothing, with her doe-eyed gaze suggestively catching the camera.
as one of their New British Beauties issue, fellow model Mary Charteris also features
She looks classically beautiful with her hair in a messy high bun and her eye make-up creating a slightly smokey look.
Within her actual cover shoot, the model provides a titillating turn in an embroidered white cigaline dress by Prada that is open, exposing the delicate smooth skin of her back.
She pouts on a leather chair, with her face kept hidden behind a black lace veil and her hair pinned back from her face.
'Suki Waterhouse is a model, actress, photographer, muso and so on... but she's also into kickboxing, so watch your back,' the magazine describes, revealing her multiple talents.
Just a fling?Suki was romantically linked to the actor Bradley Cooper (left) earlier this year
Indeed Suki's acting skills have seen her land a new film role along with Lily Collins and Tamsin Egerton.
Having previously starred in Pusher alongside Agyness Deyn, Suki has a fair talent for acting - although it is unlikely she needed to take tips from Bradley Cooper and it is reported the couple are no longer dating.
The blonde beauty was spotted on Monday filming the new movie Love, Rosie in Dublin, Ireland.

Twist and shout: Kate Upton showed off her bouncy chest on the set of The Other Woman in West Hampton, Long Island on Thursday
When the director told her to ‘bust a move’ she obviously took the instruction quite literally.
Kate Upton showed off her bouncy chest on the set of The Other Woman in West Hampton, Long Island on Thursday.
The model– who turns 21 years old next Monday – could be seen leaping into the air as she shimmied away with actress Leslie Mann.
Messy hair, don't care: The pair's tresses got in a state as they got active
Under-wired underwear: A sturdy yellow bra held her breasts in as she pranced about
While Leslie didn’t have much trouble maintaining her modesty in a pink hooded top and floral trousers, Kate risked disaster.
The blonde almost spilled out of her top - which was obviously buttoned down to enhance the look of her chest - as she quite possibly had the help of a small trampoline beneath her.
The wardrobe choice enabled her yellow bra to be seen as she pranced about outdoors, fashioning an orange top to keep her arms warm and a tiny pair of shorts.
Giggly girls: The blonde donned tiny shorts as she jumped up and down with actress Leslie Mann
It looked like a scene where their characters had been consuming quite a bit of alcohol as wine and vodka bottles could be seen in shot.
An apt choice of music would have been House Of Pain’s classic party track Jump Around.
But perhaps Kate was also teaching her co-star how to perform the Dougie dance which helped shoot her to fame.
Daring decolletage: The 20-year-old's famous chest was on display in an open top
Party time? Plenty of alcohol featured in the scene for the movie
In April 2011, an internet video of her doing the hip-hop routine at a Los Angeles Clippers basketball game went viral.
Additionally on April 30, 2012, a bikini-clad Kate performed the Cat Daddy by The Rej3ctz in a video directed by Terry Richardson.
The clip amassed almost 750,000 views in the first 24 hours.
Falling out: But Leslie Mann didn't seem to have much of a problem as she donned a zipped up pink hoodie
Young movie star: The blonde Sports Illustrated model turns 21 next Monday
Then in February this year she led a clan of Sports Illustrated models in doing the popular Harlem Shake on a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada.
Kate appears in the upcoming flick alongside big stars including Cameron Diaz and Nicki Minaj.
After realising she is not her boyfriend's primary lover, a woman teams up with his wife and plots mutual revenge.
Cheated on: Kate plays one of many mistresses in the upcoming motion picture
Well-known face and body: The American beauty only shot to fame a couple of years ago
Keeping cosy: She wore a bright orange hooded top with her tiny ensemble

Lucky boy: Rihanna gives a fan, identified as GJ Kooijman, a lapdance on stage in Holland
It looks like letting off steam at strip clubs has been a real learning curve for Rihanna.
In footage from a 2011 concert which has only just come to light, she can be seen performing a raunchy lapdance for a delighted male fan.
Wearing a black leotard and not much else, Rihanna selects a member of the audience to join her on stage.
Raunchy: Rihanna stops singing to ask the audience for some 'help'
'Holland I might need some help on this part,' she says. 'Any fellas want to help me out?'
The audience surges forward, all keen to join their idol on stage.
Rihanna motions to her hunky male dancers which audience member she has selected and they help him to climb on stage, escorting him to a raised area.
You da one: Rihanna gives her fan a sultry stare as she edges towards him
He looks delighted as Rihanna approaches, and begins to sing along to the track, staring directly at her.
Rihanna then pushes him down on to his back before showing off some impressive acrobatic skills as she straddles him.
As the platform rotates so the audience can get a good view of her grinding him, they woop with delight.
Rihanna, as usual showing no inhibitions, at one point takes the fan's hand and holds it against her chest.
Parisian chic: Rihanna steps out in tiny shorts and Converse in Paris on Friday
She leans over him, brushing her skin against his as the platform begins to sink in to the stage, taking her and the fan out of view.
The man in the video, GJ Kooijman tweeted his confusion as to why the video has only just come to light.
'Seriously, how is my lapdance from @rihanna going viral 18 months later? It's 2 albums and a tour later, ffs,' said the Dutchman, who vied for the title of Mr Gay Netherlands in 2010.

Pumping iron: Patrick Schwarzenegger said he is determined to pile on muscle in time for summer on Friday
It seems Patrick Schwarzenegger is hoping to be more like his famous father.
For the 19-year-old has told his legion of Twitter followers that he is determined to put on some muscle ahead of the summer beach season.
The university student posted an image of himself showing off his muscles after an intense session, as well as posting a message he hopes will inspire some of his fans to follow his example.
Fitness fanatic: The wannabe actor is regularly spotted trying to improve his physical condition
He said: 'Early morning pump! Who is getting into shape for summer??!! Gonna gain 7 pounds this summer.'
And while he is looking in far better shape than even just a few months ago, he still has quite a way to go before he can emerge from bodybuilding legend Arnold's shadow.
While he could give most beachgoers a run for their money, the undergraduate looks positively puny compared to the Austrian Oak during his days as a seven times Mr Olympia.
Man on a mission: Patrick is obviously hoping to live up to the family name and already looks better than in March
Long way to go: It will take years of dedication until he has a physique approaching the Austrian Oak's

'My pops briefly went to Santa Monica city college & tons of my friends go there today. Hoping people will realize the destruction gun can do.'
Master and pupil: Luckily Patrick can freely access advice from the world's most famous bodybuilder

Moving on: Kristen Stewart looks casual as she steps out in Los Feliz in California on Friday
She's said to be still 'grieving' over the breakdown of her four year relationship with Robert Pattinson.
So like many going through a break-up, Kristen Stewart has been relying on her friends for support as she adjusts to life as a single girl.
The couple split three weeks ago after Robert ended the relationship for the second time in less than a year.
Lean on me: Kristen and her friend ventured out near her home to get some coffees
Soon after, he moved out of Kristen's Los Feliz, California, home and back into the Hollywood Hills Spanish Colonial-style residence he bought in 2012 for $6.2million.
Over the past few weeks, Kristen has been trying to keep a low-profile, occasionally spotted out with her friends around Los Angeles.
On Friday, she stepped out in a pair of cropped skinny jeans, high-topped trainers, a black T-shirt and hoodie as she went to get a coffee with a blonde friend.
Laidback: The actress wore a pair of skinny role up jeans and a black T-shirt
Kristen also went to get a haircut, before going out for lunch.
Later that day, she was spotted in the similar outfit - albeit a change of glasses - as she met up with another group of friends.
Kristen's day out came as it was reported she was still struggling to come to terms with the end of her romance.
British actor Robert dumps Kristen a few weeks ago after the couple failed to move past her cheating scandal last year.
Time for a chop: At one point, Kristen tied her hair back into a messy ponytail
The pair briefly split last summer after Kristen was photographed in a romantic clinch with her Snow White And The Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.
Rupert has since divorced his model wife Liberty Ross, mother of their two children, following the revelations.
A source told HollywoodLife.com: 'Kristen has been just laying low, hanging out with her closest friends and trying to stay out of the spotlight as much as possible.
'She misses her best friend. It’s like a part of her has died and she is still going through the grieving process.'

However the former Peepshow star appears to have sprung back to her pre-pregnancy shape as she took in an energetic morning run in Las Vegas on Saturday.
Holly was sweating off the pounds with a smile as she bounced along the neighbourhood street amidst trees and green foliage.
Keeping it fun: The new mother, who gave birth to daughter Rainbow only three months ago, sweat off the pounds with a smile and positive attitude
The 33-year-old showed off her bosomy figure in fuchsia athletic bra and grey shorts with comfy elastic waistband.
Her scanty attire did little cover that hourglass form, exposing plenty of cleavage, stomach and legs.
Adding a fashionable flair were Holly's turquoise-blue and pink trainers.
Making good progress: She gained 40 lbs during pregnancy but Holly has shed most of the excess weight
She ran alone but had a handy iPod plugged into her ear to keep her entertained and motivated.

'How do I hide my leftover preggo belly for the red carpet? Combine all my favourite slimming tips: a high waist, a flared skirt and a wide belt,' Holly has said.
She also revealed that a gym workout before a party and wearing a corset also help.
A pretty coral frock she wore to the PRiSM bash on May 31 complimented Holly's curves while disguising the bulges.
Home stretch: Holly flexed her foot to get a better stretch and she certainly felt that one
Feeling good: Holly looks forward to moments like these when she can take off for some time alone

Flirty rendition: Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran performed their duet Everything Has Changed on the finale of Britain's Got Talent, on Saturday
If they were worried about fuelling relationship rumours Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran certainly showed no sign of it as they performed a flirty duet on the season finale of Britain's Got Talent.
The Nashville girl was positively beaming as she sang with the ginger haired Suffolk boy about a childhood romance in their co-written song Everything Has Changed, on Saturday's televised episode.
Kicker: Taylor began the performance with a series of dramatic hand gestures
The duo's effortless rendition of the nostalgic song comes after Ed was recently spotted leaving Taylor's hotel room at four in the morning, although he insists they're just friends.
The 23-year-old songstress assumed Ed's signature throaty vocal style for the acoustic set as she kicked off the performance with a series of dramatic hand gestures.
Sweet moment: Ed closed his eyes as he crooned while his glamorous partner sauntered over to him with obvious delight
Taylor set her smouldering blues eyes directly into the sight line of the rolling television cameras as she wore her straw coloured hair in a ponytail.
The Love Story singer was pretty in a polka dot summer dress as she clutched her steel stringed guitar while belting out the lyrically complex ballad.
Stunning performance: The Love Story singer was gorgeous in a polka dot summer dress
Ed, for his part, appeared more reserved as he strummed his way through the song.
Once it was his turn to take over the lead vocals Taylor hopped over to his microphone, rocking back and forth as he crooned.
With his trademark shaggy 'do covering his pale blue eyes, the 22-year-old wore a blue long sleeve shirt and baggy jeans as his glamorous partner stood tall in heeled dancing shoes.

Purchases: The Duchess of Cambridge was pictured shopping with a woman believed to be her lady-in-waiting
With only five weeks to go until her due date, it's time to ensure her home is ready for the new arrival.
The Duchess of Cambridge has been pictured shopping with a woman thought to be a lady-in-waiting for soft furnishings at the high-end interiors specialist Bernard Thorp in Chelsea, south-west London.
The visit last Tuesday saw 31-year-old Kate spend 45 minutes inside the shop to decorate the new nursery at Kensington Palace in central London, less than six weeks before her due date of July 13.
Upmarket store: Kate, 31, went shopping at interiors specialist Bernard Thorp in Chelsea, south-west London
Just hours earlier she had been with her husband Prince William, 30, and around 2,000 other guests at Westminster Abbey for a grand service to mark the 60th anniversary of the Queen’s coronation.
There she wore a delicate daisy lace dress with silver-grey ribbon detail and a soft peach shantung jacket with nude heels, before changing into a navy blue dress and magenta cardigan for her shop.
The front of the store was decked out in light blue, but there was no indication that she bought the colour. It was in fact reported that Kate picked out beige and brown English handmade fabrics inside.
‘Kate was fascinated by all the designs and picked out two,’ a source told the Daily Star Sunday. ‘She had very definite ideas about what she liked. It was boiling hot outside so the door was open.
Non-specific: The front of the fashionable store in south-west London was decked out in light blue
‘She was feeling the heat so we sat her down with a glass of water. The Duchess was charming and so lovely. She didn’t put on any airs or graces. She said she’d got so many ideas after coming in.’
Choices: She picked out beige and brown English handmade fabrics at the shop, according to a newspaper
Walking away: Kate has one more scheduled official public engagement before she goes on maternity leave
Last week: The Duchess of Cambridge (top centre) arrives with Prince William (top right) and Prince Harry (right), and (left-to-right) Queen Elizabeth, Prince Charles, Prince Philip and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, for a service celebrating the 60th anniversary of Queen Elizabeth's coronation at Westminster Abbey on Tuesday
The Duchess has one more scheduled official public engagement before she goes on maternity leave, when she names a ship on Thursday in Southampton, Hampshire.
Kate will also attend Trooping the Colour next week to mark the Queen’s birthday - and is debating whether to join William at the Order of the Garter ceremony in Windsor a few days later.
Bernard Thorp, which was founded in 1971, says on its website that its ‘hand screen printed fabrics and wall coverings are of impeccable quality with an ethos of service second to none'.

Oops: Amanda Holden flashes a little too much during the live final of Britain's Got Talent on Saturday evening
Head honcho Simon Cowell may have got egg on his face during the Britain’s Got Talent final on Saturday evening.
But Amanda Holden managed to make a bit of a boob of herself as she accidentally suffered a nip slip live on air.
Fortunately for the 42-year-old the other judges failed to notice her breast baring faux pas and the egg-throwing antics of the evening managed to prevent the actress from being left too red faced.
Simply stunning: The female judges upped the ante in the style stakes for the final of the show
The unfortunate slip occurred while the judges, Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and David Walliams were discussing the performance from 11-year-old Arisxandra.
It seems Amanda may have got a little over enthusiastic while chatting away as her already very low-cut dress slipped to reveal her left breast.
To her left Simon sat completely oblivious to the situation, while on her right Alesha continued talking.
Lovely ladies: Amanda wore a dress by J'Anton while Alesha opted for a purple gown by a new designer
It doesn’t come as too much of a surprise that a breast related malfunction occurred, considering the daring necklines of both of the female judges.
Alesha stepped out in a strapless purple gown by new designer Kristian Aadnevik, boasting layers of ruffling detail and jewel trim around the neckline.
No wonder Simon's smiling: Mr Cowell seemed pleased with Amanda and Alesha's appearance
The dress had a bodice that nipped her in at the waist, before layers of chiffon tumbled down for the skirt.
The singer flashed her a bit of leg too, thanks to a split that climbed halfway up her leg and she highlighted her slim pins in a pair of vintage heels.
To finish off her look Alesha had enjoyed a manicure using silver nail polish by Avon.

No Photoshopping required: Jesse Metcalfe flexed his muscles through a vigorous two-hour workout at the park with his trainer on Friday
Jesse Metcalfe put on quite a steamy exhibit.
The 34-year-old Dallas star pumped up the volume with a vigorous two-hour workout with his trainer that undeniably sent hearts fluttering on Friday.
Jesse was rearing to go as soon as he arrived to a park in Los Angeles, wearing black athletic shorts, a black tank T-shirt and blue trainers.
Steamy: The 34-year-old actor went shirtless during most of routine, showing off his ripped abs and biceps
The darkly handsome actor sprang into action, beginning his routine with a jump rope warm up.
Jesse, who sported a few days worth of beard on his face, stepped it up by stripping off his black tank and getting into a sparring match with his trainer.
First he was wearing protective mitts on his hands and eventually added serious boxing gloves.
Strip off: When it got hot Jesse peeled off his T-shirt
The former Desperate Housewives star works out regularly and hard and it's paid off.
His five-foot-ten frame was a work of muscular art.
Every now and then Jesse broke into a grin, obviously charged by the exertion.
His trainer challenged the star to work out harder and not surprisingly Jesse was working up quite a sweat.
Packing on the pounds: Jesse has purposely added a few pounds to his frame and it's all muscle
Once the rigorous portion of his routine was completed, Jesse dropped down to the ground to do a series of ab-working crunches.
At one point Jesse was seen doing some stretches.
This isn't the first time Jesse has put on such a masculine show.
Tough: Judging by the expression Jesse was giving it all he had
Nice tats: Jesse's arms and torso boast a collection of tattoos
He also showed off his shirtless body on Tuesday as he left his gym in Los Angeles.
The heartthrob was joined by his fiancee Cara Santana, who showed off her own fabulous form in sport-cropped athletic top and leggings.
After their his and her sweat fest, the couple headed to Toast for an afternoon lunch.
Serious stuff: Jesse was getting some serious instruction from his trainer
Feeling good: Jesse deserved a pat on the back for his hard work
Jesse, who plays Christopher Ewing in Dallas, the TNT continuation version, says he begins every day with exercise.
He boasts that he's added almost seven pounds of muscle since he started sparring.
'I do a lot of striking and jiu-jitsu. It’s a different form of conditioning,' Jesse told Men's Fitness.
'I start nearly every day with a workout,' he said. 'It sets my day in a positive direction, and when you release those endorphins, you just feel good.'
Packing it in: Jesse covered up his sculpted form with a cosy hooded sweat shirt before heading off

Kim Kardashian wasn't there to celebrate Kanye West's birthday.
While pals like Beyonce and Jay-Z were on hand at the party in New York City, Kanye's girlfriend of more than one year was noticeably absent - stuck Los Angeles because she is no longer able to travel by plane ahead of the birth of their first child next month.
A source confirmed to Us Weekly: 'Kim isn't allowed to fly'.
Birthday boy: Kim was conspicuously absent as Kanye celebrated turning 36 years old with pals Jay-Z, Nas and others at Ms. Lily's in New York on Saturday
Kanye rang in his 36th year at Caribbean-inspired hotspot Ms Lily's.
Other guests at the low-key bash included Nas, Kourtney Kardashian's fiance Scott Disick and Kim's best friend Jonathan Cheban.
Kim was stuck in Los Angeles, her growing belly appearing to be getting bigger by the day, to await the birth of their first child due next month.
Not jealous we hope: While enormously pregnant Kim was stuck in Los Angeles, Beyonce graced Kanye's party in a sexy midriff-baring number
But her thoughts were with Kanye as he rubbed elbows with his party pals.
The reality star publicly declared her love for her boyfriend as she wished him happy birthday on Twitter on Saturday.
'Happy Birthday to my best friend, the love of my life, my soul!!!! I love you beyond words!' Kim tweeted.
Looking fabulous: Jay-Z's gorgeous wife Beyonce, who had a baby last year, showed off her tummy that was remarkably toned
The brunette beauty also attached a photo collage, featuring several pictures of the couple looking madly in love together.
Kim presented the Mercy hitmaker with a $750,000 Lamborghini for his birthday last year but sources close to Kanye revealed that he warned her not to buy him anything lavish this year.
Low-key evening: Kanye's party guest Jay-Z is a dad too and afterwards headed home with Beyonce to their baby girl Blue Ivy Carter
An insider told HollywoodLife.com: 'He doesn't want Kim to think about trying to do something big for him on his birthday when she's pregnant.
'All he really wants for his birthday is peace of mind for him and Kim.'
Kanye is due to perform at the Governor's Ball in New York on Sunday.
Overflowing with love: Kim posted a collage of couple pics wishing Kanye a happy birthday, calling him 'the love of my life, my soul!!!! I love you beyond words!'
Stylish couple: Kim showed off her bump as she and Kanye attended an event at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on May 7

MIAMI — There are countless ways to dominate a game, a myriad of methods and attack points and angles, and LeBron James has mastered them all. The scheme and the scoring totals may vary, but it is the results that matter, a fact that James emphatically reminded anyone who had doubts Sunday night.
James did not score much or shoot much. His box-score totals did not leap off the page. His most memorable play was a block that merely provided a final exclamation point on the Miami Heat’s 103-84 rout of the San Antonio Spurs.
But in so many ways, both strong and subtle, James was the driving force as the Heat tied the N.B.A. finals at one game apiece. He finished with 17 points, 8 rebounds, 7 assists, 3 steals and 3 blocks, yet left the bulk of the scoring to his lively supporting cast, from Mario Chalmers (19 points) to Chris Bosh (12 points) and Dwyane Wade (10 points). Ray Allen and Mike Miller combined for another 22 points off the bench, going 6 for 8 from 3-point range.
In a postseason run that has so often been defined by James’s biorhythms, this was a triumph of team over individual, even if that individual was orchestrating to great effect.
“What I do know is sharing the ball is contagious, and it allows everyone to feel involved in the offense,” James said, adding, “This team has been set up the right way, where when I do attract attention, we have guys that can make plays.”
The Spurs, who were so steady and precise in taking Game 1, had a tough time holding their offense together on this night, committing 17 turnovers — four times their Game 1 total — leading to 19 points for the Heat.
Tim Duncan made just 3 of 13 shots, finishing with 9 points and 11 rebounds. Tony Parker, the Spurs’ fourth-quarter hero last Thursday, scored just 13 points, going 5 for 14 from the field.
Danny Green, the Spurs’ least-decorated starter, was their best scorer, with 17 points and a perfect 6-for-6 shooting line.
The series now moves to San Antonio for the next three games, starting Tuesday night.
“If you would have asked me before heading to Miami, I would have said OK, I’ll take it,” Manu Ginobili said of splitting the first two games, but he added, “You don’t want to play like this in an N.B.A. finals.”

It was a memorable night for the Boston area’s two leading theater companies Sunday, as the American Repertory Theater’s circus-themed revival of “Pippin’’ won four Tony Awards while the Huntington Theatre Company was presented the 2013 Tony for regional theater during the ceremony at Radio City Music Hall in New York.
“Pippin’’ won the Tony for best revival of a musical, while ART artistic director Diane Paulus won for best direction of a musical. Paulus was nominated for best direction in 2009 for “Hair’’ and again last year for “The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess,’’ but she lost both times, although each of those shows won for best musical revival.
Diane Paulus (above), artistic director of the American Repertory Theater, won her first Tony Award Sunday night for directing the revival of ‘‘Pippin.” The musical, which opened in Cambridge before going to Broadway, took four awards.
Patina Miller, who portrayed the mysterious Leading Player in “Pippin,’’ was a Tony winner for best lead actress in a musical, and Andrea Martin won for best featured actress in a musical for her performance as Berthe, the quite literally swinging grandmother of the title character in “Pippin.’’
The American Repertory Theater’s "Pippin" won the Tony for best revival of a musical.
The victor in the heated competition for best musical was “Kinky Boots’’ — one of six Tonys the show won — beating out “Matilda the Musical.’’ A buoyant celebration of individuality wrapped around the story of a struggling shoe factory that begins producing footwear for cross-dressers, “Kinky Boots’’ features music and lyrics by Cyndi Lauper, who won a Tony Award for best original score in her Broadway debut as a composer.

Host Neil Patrick Harris and casts of Broadway shows performed the opening number for this year's ceremony.
Veteran playwright Christopher Durang went home with a Tony Award for best play for “Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike,’’ a Chekhov-flavored comedy of midlife ennui.
Cicely Tyson won the Tony for best lead actress in a play for her quietly devastating performance as an elderly woman struggling to get back to her long-ago hometown in “The Trip to Bountiful.’’
In her acceptance speech, Paulus saluted “Pippin’’ composer Stephen Schwartz, calling him “a treasure to the American musical theater,’’ and Roger O. Hirson, who wrote the show’s book. She also thanked “the incredible Boston audiences that embraced this production when we first started’’ (“Pippin’’ opened in January at the ART’s Loeb Drama Center in Cambridge before transferring to Broadway), the show’s cast, and her “brilliant creative team, who selflessly went back to the drawing board every time we wanted to make this show better.’’

In an upset, Tracy Letts was named best lead actor in a play for his scorching, unforgettable portrayal of George in Steppenwolf Theatre Company’s revival of “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?’’
Letts prevailed over, among others, Tom Hanks (in “Lucky Guy’’) and Nathan Lane (“The Nance’’). “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?’’ won for best revival of a play, and its director, Pam MacKinnon, was the winner for best direction of a play.

Accepting the Tony for regional theater, Huntington managing director Michael Maso told the crowd that “together we celebrate our extraordinary audiences, and with you tonight we celebrate the proud, passionate, and resilient people of the great city of Boston, Massachusetts.’’ Huntington artistic director Peter DuBois gave a shout-out to his predecessors, Nicholas Martin and Peter Altman, and said of the award: “This puts wind in our sails, thank you!’’
For the second consecutive year, Judith Light got the Tony for best featured actress, this time for her portrayal of the irrepressible Faye in Richard Greenberg’s “The Assembled Parties.’’

Barely there: Lucy Mecklenburgh may have posed up a storm in Marbella but she has now been suspended from the show
She stole the show during The Only Way Is Marbs as she revealed her newly slim and super toned figure in a swimsuit.
And Lucy Mecklenburgh has done it again in images released from her recent holiday but while she may look sexier than ever, it seems she may not be all sweetness and light.
The saucy snaps come as it’s been revealed the TOWIE star and her co-star Jessica Wright have been suspended from the show following a row with Jasmin Walia, which resulted in Jasmin being injured.
Daring: Lucy was keen to show off her newly slimmed down figure during her recent holiday
Confirming the news an ITV2 spokesperson told the MailOnline: ‘We are taking this matter very seriously, and while our investigations continue, producers have informed Jessica and Lucy that they will not be filming for the show.’
On Wednesday of last week images emerged of relative newcomer Jasmin leaving James Argent’s house with two bandages on her arm.
Wedding singer Arg had hosted a small gathering at his Essex home and invited some of his co-stars Jessica Wright, Lucy Mecklenburgh, Ricky Rayment, Jasmin and Abigail Clarke.
Serious: Lucy seemed to be concentrating very hard on pulling some sexy poses
However, it appears Lucy and Jessica ended up in an argument with Jasmin, which is now believed to be over her ex-boyfriend Mario Falcone.
A source told The Sun: ‘The row was getting out of hand and way beyond the usual handbags that go on on the show.
‘A producer decided he had to act and dashed in to break it up.’
Ouch: Jasmin Walia was seen leaving James Argent's house on Wednesday with two bandages on
Upset: Jasmin looked a little downbeat as she left alongside her best friend Abigail Clarke
During the commotion, Jasmin ended up hurting her arm and was seen leaving the party with the large plasters on her arm.
After Jasmin left, Lucy and Jessica were seen talking to a crew member, who had blood on his hand.
However fans of the show will not get the chance to see what happened as producers have decided to leave the cat fight out of the show completely.
Trouble: A crew member could be seen with blood on his hand following the incident between the women
Break: While Jessica and Lucy featured in Sunday evening's episode it's unlikely they will be in Wednesday's following their suspension
On Sunday night’s show Lucy and Jasmin didn’t share a scene together but the pair previously clashed in the first Marbella special the week before.
Boutique owner Lucy told Jasmin she was 'welcome' to her ex-fiance Mario after she spotted the pair flirting.
Jasmin also enjoyed a date with male model Dan Osborne in the last series of TOWIE - who has been seen getting together with Lucy in this latest series.
Not included: Producers decided to leave the fight out of Sunday evening's episode
Moving on: While Lucy may have enjoyed a date with Dan, it's thought the row with Jasmin was over her ex Mario

Shape shifter: 24-year-old Michele Kobke has a tiny 16in waist after wearing a corset every day and night for three years
For most of us, a slender waist is the product of a careful diet and plenty of exercise. But not for Michele Kobke, 24.
The Berliner has shrunk her waist from 25in (64cm) to just 16in (40cm) by wearing a corset every day for three years - even while sleeping.
And despite now having a waist smaller than most catwalk models, the German slimmer says she hopes to whittle her waist down to a shocking 14inches (38cm).
Change: Michele in 2008, when her waist was 25 inches,
'It embraces me and gives me [a] pretty, defined waist,' she revealed. It feels nice and smooth. It's unique.'
But Michele's tiny waist could prove to have serious consequences for her health, and already, she struggles to stand up without her corset, thanks to wasted muscles in her back and stomach.
Her stomach is so constricted, she can't eat a normal meal and instead eats up to 10 small meals a day.
and now, with a waist that is ten inches smaller
Not that she's concerned: 'My life hasn't changed, just slowed down a little,' she reveals. 'Now my movement is more feminine.
'Right now I'm a little breathless, changing corsets is like a high-performance sport for me'
Tiny though Kobke's waist is, the record for the world's tiniest midriff is held by another - American Cathie Jung, whose waist measures just under 15in (38cm).
By comparison, the average British woman has a waist that measures 33.43in (84.9cm) - equivalent to a dress size 14.
Super skinny: Michele is now trying to break the adult world record of 15in
Teensy weensy torso: Michele believes she has a great figure, but it's come at great cost to her health
However, doctors say that a waist bigger than 31.49in (80cm) could lead to serious problems, including heart disease.
Recent figures show that nearly 57 per cent of British women have waists bigger than the healthy limit set by experts.
But tests reveal that Michele's tiny waist is also causing problems, among them digestive troubles as her stomach is forced out of its natural postiion.
Michele says, 'Some people find my shape really attractive'

Apple product lovers, your iPhone and iPad interfaces will look radically different this year.
At Apple's annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC), held at the Moscone West Center in San Francisco, Apple CEO Tim Cook and other company executives unveiled new operating systems, iOS 7 for i-devices and OS X Mavericks for Macs, as well as a new version of its MacBook Air and a sneak peek at the next MacBook Pro.
Although Apple didn't announce any new iOS devices, the big redesign featuring an array of new software upgrades in the iOS 7 operating system will make existing devices seem new.
"We want to make the best product that people use more and love more than anyone else's," Cook said.
Let's recap the major announcements:
iOS 7: An Elegant Upgrade
The new iOS 7 software has what's been dubbed 'flat' look with fewer textures and a more monochrome look. The gradient textures on tabs have also been removed in favour of block colours. Users can now swipe from the left of the screen to go back and move between messages. When you slide across in any app you now get an options menu too
The best way to describe iOS 7's new redesigned interface is that it looks like a crystal-clear pane of layered glass with elegant "flat" icons and features.
Simple and clean, Cook said, it is the "most significant iOS update since the original iPhone [debuted]."
iOS 7 will be available on the iPhone 4 and newer, iPad 2 and newer, iPad Mini and the fifth-generation of iPod Touch, starting in the fall. Developers can start playing with a beta version of the new operating system today.
Apple's New iOS 7, MacBook Air: First Look
In iOS 7, an active home screen features a new, 3D-like experience when you move the phone around and a semi-translucent keyboard. Swiping up from the bottom of the device brings up the Control Center, which allows users to manage several controls such as turning Wi-Fi on and off, opening apps, changing the screen's brightness and using Flashlight -- potentially killing off existing third-party flashlight apps.
Speaking of apps, iOS 7 sports several welcome updates to the iPhone app experience.

Craig Federighi, Apple's senior vice president of software engineering, announced that iOS 7 has improved Multitasking for apps -- basically, separating apps that are used constantly versus apps that get occasional use -- and will allow for better battery life.
Apps will now be updated automatically through Apple's App Store.
Apps are big business for Apple. Cook announced today that the company has paid out $10 billion to app developers, and there are 900,000 apps available in Apple's App Store, which has had 50 billion app downloads.
There are hundreds of other new features in iOS 7, including the Notification Center, enhanced Photos, Safari, Airdrop, upgrades to Siri's interface and voice, as well as the introduction of iTunes Radio.
Airdrop, a feature that allows users to send files from one Mac to another, is coming to iOS devices for the first time, but will only be available on the iPhone 5, the fourth-generation of iPad and the iPad Mini.

iTunes Radio: Answer to Pandora, Spotify
iTunes Radio, a free Internet radio service based on the music users listen to on iTunes, is Apple's answer to Internet radio giants such as Pandora and Spotify.
Similar to other online music-streaming products, iTunes Radio has over 200 stations and allows users to create stations based on artists or songs, but Apple's version also offers stations based on what others users are talking about, including a Trending on Twitter station and an Artists on Tour station.
The feature is built into iOS 7, and will be available on supporting iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad devices, as well as iTunes on Mac and PC and Apple TV.
Internet radio has become the new favorite hook of tech giants to attract new users. Just last month, Google announced it was jumping on the online music streaming bandwagon with its All Access service through Google Play.

Details about new console revealed at E3 electronic entertainment trade show in Los Angeles

Microsoft has revealed that its new Xbox One games console will carry an expensive price tag of over £400 when it is launched in November.
The US firm announced at the E3 electronic entertainment trade show in Los Angeles that its latest piece of hardware will set gamers back £429.
It came just hours before Microsoft's rival Sony was set to raise the curtain on its new PlayStation 4, pushing the next-gen console wars between both tech giants to fever pitch.
Microsoft's presentation saw the unveiling of Xbox One games, with a mix of legendary franchises such as Metal Gear Solid and Halo together with a clutch of new titles.
It also introduced new features such as Twitch, which will allow players to broadcast their gaming sessions live online.
Video games expert Daniel Krupa, who writes for entertainment website IGN, said: "At £429, the Xbox One will be an expensive investment when it launches in November – but Microsoft's wide array of games was a clear statement of intent for those who worried it might focus too heavily on the entertainment features.
"They have significantly invested in a wide range of gaming experiences, from triple-A blockbusters to quieter indie titles, and games for kids.
"From what we've seen so far, both Microsoft and Sony want to make next-gen gaming a more social experience, even allowing you to broadcast your gaming session live to the internet.
"The price is high, but the Xbox One right now has bags of functionality and promise.
"All eyes are now on Sony to see what they have up their sleeves for round two."
The Xbox One, described as an "all-in-one system" for games, live television, films and music, was first unveiled at Microsoft's US headquarters in Redmond, Washington, last month.
It incorporates a Blu-ray drive, the use of video calling service Skype, and an upgraded Kinect camera which allows the device to better analyse body movements.
Sony is due to offer gamers a first complete view of its new PS4 at E3 later in the day, following a sneak preview revealed some details earlier this year.
It is the first major games machine the Japanese firm has built since the PlayStation 3 went on sale in 2006.
New features are expected to focus on social networking and remote access, and Sony's device also includes a button allowing users to broadcast video of play to friends.
Meanwhile, Apple also made a third major tech revelation on the day as it showcased its newest operating system at a developers conference in San Francisco, California.
Microsoft also unveiled new games for its Xbox 360, which was first released in 2005, after the company said it cared about gamers' investment in the console.
Stuart Miles, who runs tech website Pocket Lint, said he had been surprised by the sheer number of games that Microsoft presented.
"They are still relying on the Halos of this world, but there are also nicer, smaller titles which shows they are not just regurgitating sequel after sequel," he said.
Asked about the pricing of the Xbox One, he said: "Whether they are pushing the outer limits of what people can accept is debatable, but there is a lot of tech in there so they have to price it that way.
"It is a tough sell but the reality is, if you want it you want it, and that is probably the price it should be – and there is the appetite and the games to go with it."
Referring to the "console wars", Miles said: "I think Sony's is the more exciting presentation because they have got the new box to launch and there is more still to come, whereas people kind of feel they know everything about the Xbox One by now.
"But that could all change in a matter of hours."
